Working together with the DIT, The Data Manager (DM) is in charge of the offload, verification and QC of the rushes. The footage is processed and verified soon after each reload making sure that every bit shot is fully secured on multiple destinations. All the metadata and grading decisions (CDLs) are then sent to post production according to a well defined workflow.
